How do you replace the battery of the Ford C-Max?

To replace the battery installed on the Ford C-Max, you need to open the rear hatch and then detach the carpet at the base of the compartment: once the carpet is removed, you will be able to locate the battery underneath. The battery can be disconnected from the power cables and removed from its housing: this will allow you to insert the new device. The new battery can now be connected and securely fastened, covering everything with the carpet and checking its operation.
