How to Replace the Key Battery on a Ford C-Max

Model: Ford C Max MK 2 - Years 2010-2019

Start by inserting the tip of a thin but sturdy tool into the slot on the top side of the key fob for your Ford C-Max, then lever it open. Next, disengage and remove the back of the key. By doing this, you will have reached the dead battery of your Ford C-Max key. Proceed to extract the battery from the key, and the disassembly will be complete. To install the new battery and close the key, repeat these instructions in reverse, and the key battery replacement will be finished.
