First of all, let's go inside the car, then insert the key and turn on the dashboard. Next, press the "MENU" button on the left side of the central console, enter "SYNC Settings" and perform the reset by selecting "Set defaults". First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video.
