How to Dismantle the Engine of the GasGas TXT 300?

Model: Gasgas Txt Gp 300
Part: Engine

Video tutorial

You can dismantle the engine of the GasGas TXT 300 by loosening the screws that secure it to its housing in the central lower part of the frame: once the screws securing the engine block have been loosened, you can disconnect the intake and exhaust manifolds to then disconnect the connectors attached to the engine and extract it. This can now be opened by loosening the screws that secure the cylinder to the top of the block: the piston, now accessible, must be removed from the connecting rod by taking out the pin and the corresponding ring.

The crankshaft and other components will now be accessible and can be replaced if necessary.
