Run the engine for a few minutes so that the oil warms up and becomes less dense: this will help it to escape. Unscrew the bolt that plugs the lower drain hole with the Allen wrench size 6. Collect used oil in a container and dispose of it properly. Also immediately free the upper filling hole: by doing this you will favor the pouring of the old lubricant for the second time thanks to the circulation of air. Close the lower drain hole, measure the quantity of oil removed and pour the same quantity from the upper filling hole.

How do you replace the clutch on the GasGas EC 300?

In order to replace the GasGas EC 300 clutch, loosen the bolts that secure the crankcase positioned on the right side of the bike, in correspondence with the crank arm. Once the crankcase cover has been removed, it will be possible to access the underlying components: here you will find the clutch which must be removed from its housing by loosening the bolts that secure the discs. Then it will be possible to insert the new clutch inside its housing, fixing it appropriately and closing it with the relevant crankcase cover.
