Replacement of the front brake pads on Gasgas EC300

Using a 5 mm Allen wrench, loosen the lower screw of the brake caliper, then unscrew the two main bolts that secure it to the brake disc, using a socket wrench. Now, with a crowbar, pry into the pistons that hold the tablets, widening these seats and allowing them to come out. This will also help in the next step, which is the insertion of the new tablets, which will obviously be much thicker than the ones removed. Completely unscrew the 5 mm bolt that pivots the pads. Once the new pads have been mounted, proceed backwards by reassembling the caliper on the disc.

How to change the Triumph Bonneville 650 engine oil and oil filter

We see below the step-by-step instructions to replace the engine oil and the oil filter, carrying out the routine maintenance service of the Triumph Bonneville 650. First we put the central stand to our bike and start unscrewing the vent bolt of the oil that we find under the engine; then let it drain in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the screws of the oil pan, clean it thoroughly and replace the small filter; we just have to pour in the new engine oil, unscrewing the filler cap and filling up to level!
