Before you begin, position your GasGas 300 on its side stand. Start by unscrewing and removing the two bolts that secure the exhaust end can to the rear of the bike. Next, loosen the clamp that secures the connection between the exhaust and the end can. This will free the end can itself. At this point, you can remove the exhaust end can, completing the disassembly. To fit the new end can, simply follow these steps in reverse, and you will have completed the replacement.
