To replace the clutch on a GasGas EC 300, loosen the bolts securing the cover located on the right side of the bike, near the kickstarter. Once the cover is removed, you will have access to the components underneath: here you will find the clutch that needs to be removed from its housing by loosening the bolts securing the discs. Then, you can insert the new clutch into its housing, securing it properly and closing it with the corresponding cover.
