How do you bleed the oil pump of the GasGas EC 250?

To be able to bleed the oil pump of the GasGas EC 250 it is necessary to loosen the screws that fix the saddle, so that the latter can be removed from its housing giving access to the underlying components. After having access to these components, it will be possible to disconnect the oil pump connector, hearing a beep coming from the instrument panel: then you will have to accelerate with the relative knob for about ten seconds and then leave the engine running without accelerating for about a minute. In this way the bleeding will have occurred and it will be possible to stop the engine.

We see below the step-by-step instructions to replace the engine oil and the oil filter, carrying out the routine maintenance service of the Triumph Bonneville 650. First we put the central stand to our bike and start unscrewing the vent bolt of the oil that we find under the engine; then let it drain in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the screws of the oil pan, clean it thoroughly and replace the small filter; we just have to pour in the new engine oil, unscrewing the filler cap and filling up to level!
