In these brief steps we will see how to replace the transmission oil of the Gasgas EC 250 enduro motorcycle. First of all, we put the motorcycle on the stand and unscrew the drain bolt of the engine oil that we find under the engine, letting it drain into a container for about ten minutes; then we clean the oil filter cartridge or replace it if damaged, as shown in the video. At this point, we unscrew the fill cap and top up with the new transmission oil, of the correct type, pouring the right amount (as indicated in the manual).

How to Dismantle the TM Racing KZ R1 Engine?

To dismantle the TM Racing KZ R1 engine, first remove the block from its housing by unscrewing the screws that secure it to the supports and disconnecting all hoses and connectors attached to it. Once the engine block is freed, unscrew the screws securing the cylinder at the top of the block. This will allow you to remove the piston from its conrod, and then you can unscrew the screws that hold the two half-cases of the engine. You can then remove and replace all internal components, reassembling all parts afterwards.
