How do you replace the piston of the GasGas 300?

The replacement of the piston on the GasGas 300 engine is done by loosening the screws that secure the motorcycle seat, so that it can be removed, providing access to the top of the engine block. Here, the screws that hold the cylinder can be loosened, completely removing it after disconnecting all the connectors. Once the cylinder has been removed, the underlying piston can be accessed, which will be detached from the connecting rod by widening the fixing ring and removing the corresponding pin. At this point, it will be possible to insert the new piston and reassemble the cylinder.

How to replace the front brake pads on the Ktm Super Adventure 1290

Today we will see, in this video tutorial, how to disassemble and replace the front brake pads of the Ktm Super Adventure 1290 motorcycle. First of all, put our motorcycle on the stand and start unscrewing and removing the central locking pin of the brake pads with a pliers; then we lever the caliper piston to make it retract, in order to remove the old brake pads, as shown in the video. At this point, let's clean up the caliper and install the new brake pads; then let's fix them correctly, inserting and locking the pin!
