To replace the piston on the GasGas 300 engine, loosen the screws securing the seat of the motorcycle to remove it and gain access to the top of the engine block. Here, you can loosen the screws holding the cylinder, completely removing it after disconnecting all connectors. Once the cylinder is removed, you can access the piston underneath, which will be detached from the conrod by expanding the retaining ring and sliding out the corresponding pin. At this point, insert the new piston and reassemble the cylinder.
