In order to replace the water pump of the Gilera Runner VXR 200, you need to loosen the screws that secure the transmission case on the left side of the motorcycle, near the rear wheel. Once this case has been removed, you will be able to locate the water pump just above the variator. You will need to loosen the screws that secure both the pump and the variator to their housing, in order to insert the new components. After installation, you can close everything up with the case and check its operation.
