How do you replace the belt on the Gilera Runner VXR 200?

The transmission belt of the Gilera Runner VXR 200 is replaced by loosening the bolts that secure the crankcase cover located at the rear wheel, from the left side. Once the crankcase cover has been released, it will be possible to access the underlying components by loosening the central pin of the variator and the clutch bell. By removing these two components, it will be possible to remove the belt placed around them, so that it can be replaced with a new spare part; after the replacement it will be possible to install the disassembled parts again.

How do you replace the main bearings of the KTM EXC 125?

In order to replace the main bearings of the KTM EXC 125 it is necessary to completely disassemble the two crankcase halves of the engine, so that you can have easy access to the components inside them. At this point it will be necessary to remove the oil seals and also the pinion, using a screwdriver as a lever. Once these have been removed, it will be possible to slide off the main bearings by giving a few hammer blows to the center of the bearings. In order to extract them, it may be necessary to heat the crankcases to expand their housings: when the old bearings have been removed, it will be possible to insert the new ones by re-assembling all the parts previously removed.
