In this video, see how to remove the variator and the drive belt on a Gilera GP 800 scooter. First, unscrew the screws of the clutch cover using a 27 mm spanner to remove the central bolt; then unscrew the screws of the casing to remove it, as illustrated in the video.

At this point, remove the variator and then the drive belt, followed by the fan and then the clutch pack. Now replace the clutch using the appropriate tools, and reassemble everything by applying the reverse procedure of disassembly!
