Model: Gilera Gp 800
Let's see in this video how to disassemble the variator and the timing belt on a Gilera GP 800 scooter. First we unscrew the screws of the clutch side cover, unscrewing the central bolt with a 27 mm wrench; after which we unscrew the screws of the casing to remove it, as shown in the video. At this point we remove our variator and subsequently the timing belt, then removing the fan and then the clutch pack. At this point we replace the clutch, using the special keys, and reassemble everything, applying the reverse procedure of disassembly!

Change the engine oil and oil filter of the Yamaha FZ1We are going to illustrate below the step-by-step instructions to replace the engine oil and the oil filter, carrying out the routine maintenance service of the Yamaha FZ1 motorcycle. First of all we go to unscrew the oil vent bolt that we find on the cup, letting it drain in a container for about ten minutes; after which we use the special wrench to unscrew and remove the oil filter, replacing the cartridge with the new one (screwing in by hand and gently tightening). Finally, unscrew the filler cap and top up, using the engine oil with the right characteristics! by ScegliAuto More videos
