In this video tutorial we will see how to disassemble and replace the belt and rollers of the Gilera Fuoco 500, following these simple steps. First we put our scooter on the central stand and begin to disassemble the plastic cover of the air filter box, unscrewing the screws; after which we unscrew all the screws of the transmission casing, as shown in the video. At this point we are going to unscrew the nuts of the fan and the bell, then removing the transmission belt; we disassemble the variator and replace the rollers. Now we can reassemble the new components!
