To replace the transmission on a Gilera Runner 125, loosen the screws securing the cover of the casing located near the rear wheel. Once the casing is detached, you can access the components inside by loosening the bolt that secures the clutch bell and completely removing it. After the clutch is removed, also loosen the central pin of the variator, removing it along with the belt; the components should then be replaced with new spare parts, covering everything with the casing.
