To dismantle the engine of the Gilera DNA 50, loosen the bolts that secure it to the supports so it can be completely removed, disconnecting the connectors as well: once the engine is free, loosen the bolts that secure the cylinder to the top of the engine to access the piston underneath.

This can now be detached from the corresponding connecting rod, allowing you to open the crankcase and access the internal components.

This will enable you to replace the internal components, reassembling all the removed parts.
