In order to disassemble the engine of the Gilera VC 150, you need to loosen the screws that secure the engine block to its seat in the center of the frame: once the support screws have been loosened, you can proceed to unscrew the screws that hold the cylinder to the top of the engine, so that it can be opened. At this point, you can locate the internal piston that needs to be detached from the connecting rod: the connecting rod can then be freed from the crankshaft in order to access all the other internal components.
