How to replace the tailgate bushings on a GMC Sierra.

Model: GMC Sierra MK 3 - Years 2007-2014
Part: Trunk lock

Frequently using the tailgate of a GMC Sierra may cause difficulties in opening due to wear of some components. In this video we will therefore see how to replace the bushing. We open the tailgate, making sure we have a structure that supports it and disconnect the support cables as shown at minute 2: 55. Once the cables are disconnected, close the tailgate slightly while pulling it towards us: when we have reached the right angle the piece will flow out. At this point we can proceed by extracting the old bushing, sliding it outwards and inserting the new piece, as shown at 4: 10. Finally we insert the hatch again and hang up the cables.

Removing the Battery from a Citroen Xsara Picasso

How to replace the battery in a Citroen Xsara Picasso? This video explains how to remove the battery. Open the car door and lift the driver's seat; the battery is located underneath it (in other cars, it is commonly found in the engine bay). Remove the plastic cover of the battery cover, and begin unscrewing the securing bolts of the battery terminals with the appropriate socket wrench. Remove the old battery using the plastic handle and fit a new one, tightening the power terminals. Close the battery compartment and lower the driver's seat.
