Unfortunately on many Harley Davidson NightRod models the clutch oil reservoir cover, letting the same lubricant come out of its container. So, to replace it, start by unscrewing the two screws that secure the cover. In doing this, you must obviously have the bike as straight as possible to prevent the lubricant from leaking once the cover has been removed. That said, the code for the lid of this small compartment is 46324-06. Probably the defect derives from a non-optimal gasket design, and you may have to replace it several times over the years.

In today's video tutorial we will see the steps on how to disassemble and replace the wheel and front tire of the Harley Davidson Sportster motorcycle, following the instructions below. First of all we put the stand on our motorbike and we begin to lift the front wheel from the ground; after which we unscrew the fixing screws of the brake caliper, in order to remove it from the disc, as shown in the video. At this point we unscrew the central pin of the wheel, in order to remove it; then let's proceed with the replacement of the front tire, following the video tutorial to the end!
