In this short and simple guide we will see the steps that will allow us to disassemble and replace the starter motor of the Harley Davidson Softail motorcycle. First we put our bike on the stand and start disassembling and removing the battery, disconnecting both terminals; then we unscrew the starter motor fixing screws, disconnecting its connector to remove it, as shown in the video. How do you change the engine oil of the BMW R 1200 GS?

The replacement of the engine oil of the BMW R 1200 GS is carried out by loosening the bolts that secure the skid plate positioned in the lower part of the bike. Once this plate has been removed, it will be possible to unscrew the drain plug below, so that the used oil can be collected inside a suitably positioned container. Next to the drain plug you will find the oil filter, which in turn must be extracted and replaced with a new one. After the replacement, it will be possible to top up from the special vent on the crankcase to the left of the bike.
