In this tutorial we can see how to replace the front brake pads on the Honda SH 125i scooter, an extremely simple and fast operation. First of all, position yourself in front of the brake in question, then disconnect the tube from the fork and unscrew the two caliper mounting bolts. Then separate the caliper from the disc, unscrew the lower pin and remove the old pads. At this point, all that remains is to clean any dirt residue present, insert the replacement pads, and reassemble everything following the reverse procedure.

Engine Oil and Filter Change for the Yamaha Fazer

Follow these steps to change the engine oil and filter on the Yamaha Fazer 1000. Place the motorcycle on the centre stand and warm the engine at idle for a few minutes to make the oil more fluid. Turn off the motorcycle, unscrew the oil filler cap, place a collection tray under the sump, and unscrew the drain plug to let the used oil flow out. Now, remove the filter located behind the exhaust headers, placing some paper underneath to catch any oil. Use the appropriate strap wrench for this. Once all the old oil has drained, fit the new filter, ensuring to apply a thin layer of oil on the O-ring and tighten it by hand. Refit the drain plug and pour approximately 3.2 litres of new oil into the filler hole. Screw on the cap and start the engine to check for leaks. Dispose of the used oil correctly.
