How to replace the engine oil and filter on a Honda SH 300 scooter? Follow this guide to proceed with the replacement. Position the scooter on the original stand, and using a suitable spanner, unscrew the bolt from the oil sump (drain the fluid into a container). Unscrew the cartridge oil filter using a strap wrench. Remove the worn oil filter kit and fit a new one after cleaning (check the seal around the metal cap). Finally, top up the new fluid in the engine and close with the plastic filler cap.

Next, lift the cover located at the top of the motorcycle to access the coolant drain bolt.
