In this video tutorial we will see how to disassemble and replace the variator on the Honda PCX 125 scooter, but also on all other variation scooters, in simple and quick steps. First of all, let's remove the engine crankcase cover, clutch side; to do this we are going to unscrew all the screws that we find on the sides, using a socket wrench. At this point we are going to remove the fan and the bell, using a 22 mm wrench; then we disassemble the belt and remove the variator, together with the rollers. So we just have to reassemble everything, applying the reverse procedure!

In this guide, we will see the steps useful for disassembling and replacing the fuel tank and ignition coil of the Keeway Cafe Racer 152 motorcycle. First of all, we put the motorcycle on the stand and start by removing the passenger and rider seats; then we unscrew the screws of the tank found on the top and bottom of it, disconnecting the fuel line and the electrical connector to remove it, as shown in the video. At this point, we disconnect the spark plug connector and then the ignition coil, replacing and reassembling everything!
