In this video tutorial, see how to disassemble and replace the variator on the Honda PCX 125 scooter, as well as on all other variable scooters, in simple and quick steps. First, remove the engine cover on the clutch side; to do this, unscrew all the screws on the sides using a socket spanner.

Next, remove the fan and the bell using a 22 mm spanner; then disassemble the belt and remove the variator along with the rollers. Finally, reassemble everything by applying the reverse procedure!
