How to replace the battery on the Honda X-ADV 750 2018

This guide will explain the battery replacement procedure for the Honda X-ADV 750 from 2018 onwards. Here are the steps that need to be taken: 1. Move the wheel located on the handlebar on the left, towards "Seat"; 2. Lift the saddle and remove the various gaskets and plastic supports below; 3. With a plastic tool and a wrench, remove the remaining screws and pins by applying a slight pressure during the lever, without forcing particularly; 4. Unscrew the last screws of the positive and negative and the relative strap that keeps the battery tied to its seat; 5. Remove the battery to be replaced; 6. Check that the new spare battery has the same voltage and amperage to avoid electrical problems; 7. Reassemble everything by following the steps described in reverse.

How do you reset the Service warning light on the Aprilia Shiver 750?

In order to reset the Aprilia Shiver Service warning light, the instrument panel must be turned on, so that the menu can be accessed: by moving the controls to the right of the steering wheel, it will be possible to select the "Diagnostics" item. Then you will have to enter the code 12390 to access the Diagnostics menu: at this point, by selecting "Coupons reset" a confirmation screen will appear. By selecting "Yes" it will be possible to reset the maintenance intervals; once this operation has been completed, it will be possible to switch the ignition off and on again to check it.
