Let’s see together how to remove and replace the front headlight bulb of the Honda Dio scooter in simple and quick steps. First, place the scooter on its centre stand and start unscrewing the fixing screws of the front headlight to remove it; then remove the protective rubber and disconnect the electrical connector of the bulb, as shown in the video. Now unclip the metal spring to remove and replace the bulb with a new one of the correct type (with H4 fitting); then reassemble everything by applying the reverse procedure!
