In this guide, you will learn the steps to disassemble and replace the clutch discs on a Honda CB 500 motorcycle. First, place your motorcycle on the centre stand and start unscrewing the screws on the clutch cover to remove it. Then, use a 10 mm socket wrench with an extension to unscrew the four screws of the clutch pack, as shown in the video. At this point, remove the clutch discs from the basket and replace them with new ones; alternate the cork discs with the metal ones, then reassemble the clutch pack.
