To change the air filter on a Honda X-ADV, first unscrew the front undertray and then unscrew the screws located on the top, under the dashboard. Be very careful with the connector on top of the undertray as it is delicate, and applying too much pressure could damage it. Once removed, it comes off easily. Now you will see the air filter. Simply unscrew it from its housing and replace it with the new one; the operation is very simple as it is positioned at the front. Then reassemble everything, ensuring the cable and connector are placed back in their position.
