Replacement of Front Brake Discs and Pads

Model: Honda CR-V MK 2 - Years 2002-2007

The necessary tools for the operation are: torque wrench, ratchet spanner, Allen key, hammer, and wire brush. Remove the retaining springs from the drum cover and, using a ratchet spanner, completely remove the bolts. Take out the drums and pads. Remove the drum supports. Using the Allen key, remove the screws from the disc and the disc itself. Clean the support thoroughly with the wire brush and install the new disc. Tighten the fixing screws securely. Refit the drum supports using the torque wrench. Install the new pads and drums. Reposition the cover springs and tighten the bolts. Reattach the clips to the brake pipe. Ensure that the pads contact the disc.
