How to Reset the Oil Light on the Honda CR-V

Resetting the engine oil light on the Honda CR-V is very easy and takes just a few seconds. It does not require any direct intervention in the engine bay; simply use the dashboard controls. First, insert the key and turn it to position one. Then, press the button located inside the speedometer until you see the oil life indicator. At this point, hold the same button for about ten seconds, and as soon as the display starts to flash, turn the button clockwise. Finally, keep it pressed for a few more seconds. Once the message "Oil life 100%" appears, release it and you are done.
