In order to disassemble the engine of the Husaberg FC 400, you need to loosen the screws that secure it to its housing in the center of the frame: once the engine is freed from the supports, you can disconnect the power cables and intake and exhaust pipes. This will allow you to loosen the screws that secure the cylinder, removing it completely and accessing the piston inside: this can now be detached from the connecting rod, removing the latter from the crankshaft and replacing all the components in the engine.
