How to Replace the Battery in a Hyundai Ix35 Key Fob

In this video, learn how to replace the battery in a Hyundai Ix35 key fob. Take your ignition key fob and extract the metal key. Once the metal key is removed, insert a screwdriver into the slot of the fob and press inside to pry. When you hear a click, it means the cover is open. Use a small screwdriver to extract the flat battery, take a new one (same size and voltage) and replace it. Reassemble the key fob cover by pressing on the key cover until you hear the locking click. Check the correct functioning of the key fob.
