To replace the remote battery on a Hyundai Ix35, you need to slide out the key that is connected to the chrome part at the top of the remote. Once the key is removed, leverage inside its housing to separate the two halves of the remote. Opening the remote, you will notice the battery located above the chip: you can then remove it and replace it with a new spare part. After replacing the battery, reassemble the two halves of the remote and insert the emergency key.
