In this video we can see how to recharge the 12V battery of a Hyundai Kona: if the car does not respond to the key or remote control, it means that the battery is discharged. We can use the integrated assistance function. The Kona hybrid has an emergency system that takes energy from the traction battery to "give a boost" to the 12-volt battery. It is activated by pressing the "start" button without pressing the brake and holding it down for 10/15 seconds. We wait 30 seconds, during which the car will transfer energy from the traction battery to the 12-volt battery. Now we can try to start normally. If it doesn't work, we must try the traditional method, which we all know (but the traction battery must also be discharged for it not to work).
