To replace the fog lights on a second-generation Hyundai i30, fully turn the wheels towards the opposite side of the light to be replaced and access the front wheel arch. Remove or detach the inner cover of the wheel arch to reach the back of the fog light. Disconnect the electrical connector attached to the light and unscrew the screws securing the fog light to the bumper. Then, extract the fog light assembly from its housing in the bumper. Position the new fog light in the same housing and secure it with the supporting screws. Reconnect the electrical connector, reposition the wheel arch cover, and ensure it is securely fastened. Turn on the fog lights to verify that the new light functions correctly.
