How to Replace the Rear Brake Pads on a Hyundai i20

This tutorial shows you how to replace the rear brake pads on a Hyundai i20; the same procedure also applies to other models such as the ix35, Sportage, and Tucson. The first step is to lift the car so you can remove the wheel and unscrew the bolts on the brake caliper using a 14 mm spanner. Next, remove the caliper from above the disc and use the tip of the spanner to detach the pads. At this point, before fitting the new pads, clean the disc and caliper assembly with a suitable spray. Finally, fit the new pads and reposition the caliper and its assembly in the designated location.
