How to Remove and Replace the Boot Light on a Hyundai Ix20

To remove and replace the boot light on a Hyundai Ix20: we want to replace the incandescent bulb with an LED one. On the left side of the light unit, there is a small compartment where you can insert a screwdriver to lever and remove the light unit itself. Now disconnect the power connector, and you can replace the bulb. Remember not to touch the new bulb with bare hands, or you may significantly shorten its lifespan! To insert it, align the pins with the holes on the bulb holder, then simply put it back in place. Reconnect the connector, then refit it into its housing. Push the light unit into its fitting and the job is done.
