Hyundai ix35 - Video tutorial

Model: Hyundai ix35 MK 1 - Years 2009-2015
Part: Gear oil
Operation: How to replace gearbox oil on Yundai I35

In this video tutorial we can see how it is possible to replace the engine oil on a Hyundai I 35. It is recommended to change the oil every 60,000 km, the quantity of oil required for replacement is 2 liters and 100, the strength is SAE 75W-85 synthetic. So you need 250 g of additive and a liter and 850 of oil. Lift the car with a hydraulic jack and put jack stands and a tire underneath to work more safely; under the car near the oil drain hole you need to put a used oil container. Use a size 17 wrench to unscrew the nuts (one is for the drain, and the other is for the fill). We first unscrew the drain nut and then the filling nut to ensure better oil leakage and wait for all the oil to flow into the container. Once all the gearbox oil has flowed into the container, screw the nuts and insert the tube inside the gearbox filling hole and pour the oil inside together with the additive, helping from above with a funnel. Screw on the filler nut and you're done.
