Infiniti Q60, transparent lenses: here is the DIY conversion.

On the Infiniti Q60, the conversion to clear lenses requires working on the affected headlight assemblies in protected conditions and with perfectly clean surfaces. The element to be treated is carefully removed by freeing the fasteners and separating the lens from the body, taking care with any clips, seals, and adhesives present. Before reassembly, the compatibility of the new component with the housing is checked and the mating edge is prepared by removing any residues of old adhesive/sealant. The clear lens is then placed in alignment, and the seal is restored using the specified system (seal or dedicated sealant), applying uniform pressure along the perimeter to ensure adhesion. After settling, any connected accessories (lamp holder, wiring, frames) are reassembled, and the assembly is repositioned on the vehicle while respecting the mounting references. Finally, a visual inspection of the mating is performed, along with a functional test of the lights/indicators to confirm the correct seal and alignment of the component.
