How to Replace the Remote Battery of the Jaguar F-Type?

To replace the remote battery of the Jaguar F-Type, slide the chrome cover located on the top of the remote, following the direction indicated by the arrow. This will allow you to remove it and also take out the emergency key. Using the key itself, pry inside its housing to separate the two halves of the remote and slide the battery out from its housing on the green chip. Once the old battery is removed, replace it with a new spare part and reassemble the remote.
