How to Activate/Deactivate the Air Conditioning in a Jeep Renegade

Model: Jeep Renegade 520, MK 1, BU - Years 2014-2026

To activate or deactivate the air conditioning on a Jeep Renegade, start the engine and locate the climate control buttons on the central console. Press the A/C button to start the compressor: the corresponding light will illuminate to indicate that the function is active. Then, adjust the temperature using the appropriate knob and select the fan speed using the relevant control. You can also choose the vents from which to release the air and activate the internal recirculation when necessary. To turn off just the air conditioning, press the A/C button again: the light will turn off while the ventilation can continue to operate. To completely stop the climate control system, turn the fan control to the off position.
