Replacing the auxiliary or main battery of the Jeep Grand Cherokee is very simple, let's see how to proceed in this tutorial. The use of a buffer battery is recommended so as not to cause the on-board computer to lose its memory. We start by moving the passenger seat forward and remove the plastic cover. We disconnect the negative poles of the auxiliary and main battery, then we disconnect the positive poles. We unscrew the fastening bolt of the auxiliary battery, remove it and unscrew the fastening bolt of the main battery. At this point we can replace one or both batteries, reassembling everything following the reverse procedure and taking care to reconnect the two ventilation pipes.
