Here are the steps to remove and replace the key fob battery of the Jeep Grand Cherokee. First, open the front passenger door and locate the battery under the front seat; unscrew the guide screws to lift the seat for access, as shown in the video. Once the cover is removed, disconnect both battery terminals (positive and negative) and remove the battery from its housing; replace it with a new one of the correct type and the same amperage.
