How to Replace the Rear Number Plate Light Bulb on a Jeep Renegade

Model: Jeep Renegade 520, MK 1, BU - Years 2014-2026

Before you begin, open the tailgate of your Jeep Renegade. Start by unclipping and removing the rear number plate light from the tailgate, using a flathead screwdriver to lever it out. Then, disconnect the electrical connector. This will give you access to the blown bulb. Proceed by twisting the bulb to remove it from the rear number plate light, and you will have completed the removal. To fit the new bulb for the rear number plate light on your Jeep Renegade, simply follow these steps in reverse, and you will have completed the replacement.
