How to replace the headlight bulb of a Jeep Renegade?

To replace the headlight bulb of a Jeep Renegade, start by turning off the vehicle and making sure the engine is cool to avoid burns. Open the hood and locate the back of the headlight you want to replace. To access the bulb, you will need to remove the protective cover at the back of the headlight, which usually unscrews or unhooks. Once the cover is removed, locate the electrical connector connected to the bulb and gently disconnect it. At this point, you can access the bulb. Rotate it counterclockwise to remove it from the socket. Take the new bulb and insert it into the same housing, rotating it clockwise to secure it. Make sure not to touch the glass part of the new bulb, as grease residues can damage it when it heats up. Reconnect the electrical connector to the new bulb and reposition the protective cover. After completing the replacement, turn on the vehicle and check that the new headlight is working properly. If the bulb does not light up, check the connections or make sure the bulb was installed correctly. This procedure is quite simple and only takes a few minutes to complete.
