How to Increase the Boot Capacity of a Jeep Wrangler

Model: Jeep Wrangler MK 3, JK - Years 2007-2018

To create more space in the boot of your Jeep Wrangler, start by making a cardboard template of the exact perimeter of the boot. Now transfer this onto a piece of plywood, approximately 4/5 mm thick, which you can easily obtain from any local retailer. Once shaped according to the template dimensions, position it at the top of the boot and simply support it with a suitably sized piece of wood to prevent it from rattling while driving. The YouTuber recommends not securing it further, so you can recline the seats easily by removing the shelf. If you wish, you can cover it with rubber or carpet, as you prefer. This way, you have effectively doubled the capacity of your boot.
