How to Reset the Service Light on a Jeep Renegade

Before resetting the service light on the Jeep Renegade, always remember that the vehicle requests service for safety reasons, so perform the reset only after completing all necessary checks for your safety and that of others. To reset the light, get in the vehicle, close all four doors, and turn the key to position 1. Press the system selection button repeatedly until the "trip" menu is highlighted on the multifunction display. Press the button repeatedly until the kilometres are displayed. Press and hold the phone call acceptance button for 1 second while holding the "OK" button for 5 seconds. Scroll through the buttons until "assyst plus" is highlighted, then "full service", and confirm with the OK button. Go back by pressing the button repeatedly until you exit the menu.
