How to Replace the Key Fob Battery on a 2015 Jeep Renegade

Today, you will learn how to replace the battery in a key fob for a 2015 Jeep Renegade. The replacement battery we will use is the CR 2032 model, 3 volts from Panasonic. To replace the battery, you will need a flathead screwdriver. Insert the flathead screwdriver into the top right hole and apply slight pressure outward; this will allow you to remove the cover of the key fob. Remove the battery cover and replace the battery. Reassemble the two parts of the key fob and test it by pressing the lock and unlock buttons as you approach the vehicle.
