How to Replace a Flat Tyre on a Jeep

Model: Jeep Jeep Various
Part: Wheel

Video tutorial

Replacing a flat tyre on a Jeep can seem daunting, but it is actually quite simple to do on your own, especially if you have all the necessary tools in the vehicle. You will need a cross wrench, a jack, a spare wheel or space-saver tyre, a warning triangle, and a high-visibility vest.

The last two items are essential only if you are replacing the tyre on the road; if done at home, they are not necessary. Start by loosening the wheel nuts, then place the jack near the flat tyre to lift the vehicle.

Completely remove the flat tyre, fit the new one, tighten the nuts, lower the vehicle, and finally, ensure the nuts are secure before removing the jack.
