In this tutorial we can see how to replace the headlight bulb in the Kawasaki KLX 300, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, make sure the key is not inserted, then remove both the fender and the upper panel by unscrewing the various bolts indicated with an 8mm socket wrench. Next, unscrew the fixing bolts of the headlight with a 12mm wrench and another 10mm wrench, grab the headlight itself and separate it from the frame. At this point, all that remains is to remove the rubber cap, disconnect the power connector, release the metal clip, and replace the bulb. To reassemble everything, simply follow the reverse procedure.
